| The industrial production has been developing rapidly since the industrialrevolution, which on one hand promotes the progress of the society and bring theenvironment serious pollution on the other hand, and the water pollution has becomeone of the21st century human killers. At present, more than5trillion cubic metresof fresh water resources is polluted each year in the world, and there are as many as6000children die because of the poor drinking water hygiene conditions everyday.Sewage cleaning has become the responsibility of the human, the society andevery enterprise in order to protect the environment for the survival of the human race,to ensure the sustainable development of future generations and to make our liveshealthier. Industrial wastewater cleaning process is more important than domesticsewage from the point of view of the environmental hazards, because more and moreorganic compounds are used in human production and life, which due to the fact thatthe industrial wastewater has the feature of great toxicity, weak ability of beinghandled by microorganism, damaging the water environment and being harmful topeople’s lives and health. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to control the discharge ofindustrial wastewater that is not cleaned.As the law required, enterprise must take the responsibility of cleaning theindustrial wastewater, and the cost of doing cleaning becomes the significant part ofthe enterprise operation cost. How to reduce the cost of sewage cleaning, improve theefficiency of wastewater cleaning and increase the percent of pass has been a bigproblem that many enterprises concern. This article aims at solving the problems oflow efficiency, high cost and not up to standard that China Aviation Industry faceswhen doing industrial wastewater cleaning, and aims at doing research to optimize thetechnological process and factors that affect the cleaning result when doing industrialwastewater cleaning.The main content of this research includes:(1) The optimization of sewage treatment process. By using analysis method of"5W1H", we analyzed the technological process of sewage treatment system of AVICSouth in detail. Through the questions to every working procedure, we found out theproblems in this process, and make the three sets of improvement plan. We use theanalytic hierarchy process (AHP) of the Systems Engineering to select the best optimization scheme. By the optimization of the technological process, we can notonly reduce the time of sewage treatment and the cost of human resources, but alsoimprove the security of the operating workers.(2) The optimization of Fenton oxidation reaction. By using the method of testmeasurement, we found out the cause of excessive amount of CODcr in the treatedwater was that the oxidation process of Fenton cannot meet the desired requirement.Then we used the single factor analysis method to find the dosing quantity of pH,H2O2, FeSO47H2O and the best condition of reaction time in the process of Fentonoxidation. Through the optimization of the reaction conditions, we greatly reduced thecontent of CODcr in treated water and reduced the reaction time.(3) The optimization of MBR biochemical reaction. The CODcr content in thefinal drainage was not stable and it often cannot meet the legal requiremen t. In orderto solve this problem, we established ISM and found that the root cause of theproblem was that the aeration intensity of roots blower was far beyond the bestaeration intensity and nutrient additive was not in the best level. Through thefrequency conversion modification, the experiment aiming to find the best ratio ofnutrients and the improvement of MBR biochemical reactions, we made the treatedwastewater meet legal requirements, saved resources, and reduced the noise producedby the roots blower. |
