Water is a valuable resource to the survival of humans, the shortage waterresource has caused the world’s attention. Dyeing as one of traditional pillarindustry in our country, it has brought enormous economic benefits to the societyas well as heavy burden to the protection of the water environment. As a highwater consumption, high pollution industry, Printing and dyeing wastewater as akind industry wastewater is highly polluted in concentration, complex incomposition is, Large variations in water quality, It is difficult to use a singletreatment technology of purification. O3oxidation method and its coupledtechniques, as one of the effective means of wastewater deep treatment, has thecharacteristics of oxidation reaction is fast, strong ability, no secondary pollutionand easy to use.This study selected a predominantly printing and dyeing wastewatercentralized sewage plant secondary effluent as the research object,through thedetection of water quality indicators in sewage plant and the analysis of it’scomponent changes,as well as the technology assessment of the present situationand problem diagnosis of existing facilities operation, the depth of thecombination process of ozone processing test plan and the effectiveness of on-sitevalidation was determined, the upgrade key techniques and parameters wasselected; and according to the characteristics analysis of ozonation, thecombination technology experiment parameters optimization and the actual operation, the main problems of the application of ozone combined technology inprinting and dyeing wastewater deep treatment were discussed.The results are as follows:(1)Pretreatment with O3/UV oxidation and granular activated carbonsynergy O3/UV oxidation process was carried out on the tail, the best processconditions for O3dosing quantity is140mg/L and the contact time of1h, underthis condition the processed water B/C up to0.155, it’s biochemical can wasimproved.(2)The result of O3/UV oxidation treated effluent processed with BAFshowed that, BAF for COD removal has no obvious effect;the result of granularactivated carbon O3/UV oxidation treated effluent processed with BAF and BACshowed that there is no purification effect BAF for granular activated carbon toO3/UV oxidation together basic without water, BAC reactor effluent COD valuemost between60and70mg/L, treatment effect is better than that of BAF reactor;(3)"GAC+O3/UV+BAC " process is the best process. The COD of theeffluent can reach60~70mg/L, but still can not meet the emission requirements,so the entire treatment process needs further reform;(4) By powder charcoal synergy aerobic experiment data, the aerobicbiochemical can be potential test data and field measured data and the field long-term statistical data analysis showed that the efficiency of the sewage treatmentplant aeration tank hasn’t into full play, still can further improve the possibility ofits purification efficiency, through DiBiao transformation, can make the CODvalue of aeration tank water fell to about110mg/L;(5)The main factors of ozonation characteristics and the impact of ozonecombined process performance were analyzed; security issues in prasctice weresummarized.
