The Research Of Rural Household Garbage Disposal In Yunnan

With the economy development of Yunnan, living standard of people has greatly improved,even the people’s in countryside. However, recent years,not putting the rural garbage problem in the first place, the garbage in countryside is not be dealt and managed. It is the common phenomenon that the garbage can be seen everywhere, so it is impossible for us to appreciate the former beauty.Garbage blocking road, around rivers and sewage discharged anywhere could be noticed in countryside.Consequently, it is essential and urgent to solve the problem of garbage village.According to the fieldwork, such as investigating in Longjing Village,Fa Xiang Village and Baiyun Si village in Qujing Fuyuan Huangnihe town of Yunnan, the thesis analyzes the present garbage disposal of countryside. Then,to conclude the main problem of handle garbage in villages of Yunnan. Moreover, the thesis also emphasis the significance of legislative, regulatory, the villagers environmental awareness, education, government investment in disposing garbage. Finally, it researches the policy advice of disposing garbage of villages in Yunnan. The advice including putting the situation in high place and perfecting the rural environment legal system,establishing the certain supervision and management system, improving the ability of regulation, setting up diversified investment mechanism and ensuring sufficient funds,strengthening the environmental education and universal participation, optimization of processing technology and facilities, improving the processing efficiency. So that it could be in order and form a new situation of the rural ecological environment construction. It is benefit to be towards the new way of commercialization, industrialization and minimize transportation resources, recycling waste of resources and land resources, make the rural living garbage "nearby, environmental protection, economic and efficient" to get treatment.
