From living garbage produced to different recycling transportation and finally classify the resources recycling, each link to the corresponding product analysis research, mainly classified garbage logo, trash bags, the optimal design of indoor trash cans and outdoor dustbin, thus forming a complete system of living garbage classification recycling.In this paper, from a functional perspective of the unity of form and visual form to carry on the design, the function, color, shape, material and so on are analyzed and improved, and the application of infrared scanning smart sensors and other new technology to realize automatic identification classification, change in the constraints, and stimulate the way people throw garbage habit. This article through the analysis of waste classification treatment policy at home and abroad, combined with China’s national conditions set in urban district of living garbage disposal system and measures. Increase the support of national government, with the legal regulation, residential property and the efforts of every family, so as to improve the efficiency of the living garbage classification recycling, to the progress of human and nature harmonious to create real value, and the social and economic development and progress.
