The main content of this thesis is the research and development of automatic assembly equipment for alumina ceramic biscuit tube based on design for quality.As labor costs rise,upgrade traditional industries with modernization and automation equipment and promote technology dividend replace demographic dividend become the inevitable choice of China’s manufacturing industry upgrading and economic sustained growth.In this background, do the research and development of automatic assembly for alumina ceramic tube billet and ceramic plug combined with the enterprise needs. This thesis selects design for quality as the theoretical basis,combine the quality control and equipment design closely together,use the customer satisfaction theory through the design of the equipment to ensure the research and development of satisfactory equipment for the enterprise. The main work content in this paper including:1) This thesis expounds the equipment’s research background and significance, introduces the basic concept of design of quality and development of automatic assembly technology, puts forward the overall development steps of equipment, using the method of QFD to complete the product planning of the equipment, equipment product planning matrix is established.2) Discuss and determine the function modules of the equipment, put forward different schemes of these functional modules and choose the best. Then draw the corresponding parts configuration matrix.3) Do the detailed design of the equipment,including the calculating of assembly dimension chain,parameters of key parts design,control system design, process planning and the quality synthesis and optimization of the assembly module.4) The mechanical analysis is carried out on the assembly stage,constructs the mathematical model of assembly simulation and analyze the assembly simulation;Finish the equipment’s manufacture;Orthogonal experiment of assembly is conducted on the equipment and the test results are analyzed and optimized.
