The increasingly frequent human activities have brought huge pressure for the ecological ENVIronment. Industry is either the important pillar of economic development or the main link of pollution emissions. Nanjing jiangbei district has been the Nanjing industrial hub. With the development of Nanjing "jiangbei new city" plan has put forward, how to clean and efficient development has become the main goal of the jiangbei industrial development.The paper selected the typical large-scale integrated industrial area of Nanjing as the research object. The research was based on the data of atmospheric ENVIronmental monitoring data, meteorological data, geographic information data and so on. Based on the technical support of ArcGIS and ENVI, the paper analyzed the ecological ENVIronment surrounding the study area, discussed the internal air pollution source in the study area, evaluated the condition of atmosphere ENVIronment in the study area, studied the distribution characteristics of atmospheric pollutants, forecasted the concentration of pollutants according to the correlation of air pollution data and meteorological factors and finally simulated the effect to surface contamination concentration distribution of the main emission source in factoy.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) From 1988 to 2013, nearly 25 years, the landscapes of surrounding area change quickly. The artificial landscapes such as landscape pattern of urban increased from 12.13% to 26.42%, the farmland from 70.79% to 50.91%. The COHESION and AI of patches mainly presents the downward trend, respectively from 69.65 and 99.87 to 65.66 and 99.59. The connectivity of patches is weakening, landscape patches gradually from large to small. The diversity index and evenness index of landscape pattern showed a trend of rise, respectively increased from 1.02 and 0.57 to 1.26 and 0.70. The fragmentation of landscape is going up, the landscape type distributed to be uniform in the whole area and the distribution of the overall landscape pattern is more balanced. In addition, the region comprehensive land use dynamic degree was 20.03%, reflects the general land use change in the north of the very fast. In 2000-2012, the maximum NDVI of jiangbei district at around 0.70, and as a result of the existence of water body, its minimum value less than zero. The higher area of NDVI value mainly concentrated in laoshan forest, and the Yangtze river area is where most of the NDVI is low. And the research object is just in the industrial park along the river that the area of vegetation coverage is low. And with the intensification of human activities and the increase of urban land, the lower area of NDVI index is expanding.(2)Through the study of iron and steel production process,we can see, seven procedure have the dust emission, and coking, sintering, pelletizing, iron and steel rolling are the main emissions of SO2, coking and rolling are the main emissions of NOx. Use the indicators of resources efficiency, energy efficiency and ENVIronment efficiency to analyze the ecological efficiency of the factory. From 2005 to 2013, resources efficiency, energy efficiency and ENVIronment efficiency are improved, but not much. The highest value is energy efficiency by 1.103 to 1.408. The minimum value is resource efficiency by 0.507 to 0.535. ENVI ronmental efficiency centered, slightly higher than the efficiency of resources by 0.550 to 0.633. In general, the resource utilization is low in the factory during the process of production and the waste is serious, so the ENVIronment problem is more outstanding. Based on atmospheric ENVIronmental monitoring data from 2012 to 2014 and selecting SO2, NO2 and PM10 and CO as evaluation factors for atmospheric ENVIronment quality evaluation, the results showed that, from 2012 to 2014, the atmospheric ENVIronment quality in the study area is secondary, and particulate matter weight biggest impact in the evaluation.(3) Based on analysis of the changes of seasonal pollutant concentration, the results showed that the average concentration in winter is higher than summer. While the daily variation of pollutants concentration, the concentration during the day is higher than that at night. The higher values appeared between 9:00 to 17:00 and minimum concentrations appeared in the evening. Through the establishment of simulation monitoring sites, spline function interpolation method is used to analyze elevated source pollution impact on the ground of SO2, NO2 and dust concentration distribution. The results suggested that in the spring, summer and autumn, the ground concentration of SO2, NO2 and dust are greatly influenced by elevated source. And the greatly influenced area is mainly in the north and northest of the factory. But the greatly influenced area is the south of the factory in winter. With ground atmospheric ENVIronmental monitoring sites compared with the actual monitoring data, we found that the concentration of SO2 and NO2 in the study area was mainly affected by elevated source, and the dust is mainly affected by the ground source.(4)According to the correlation of air pollution data and meteorological factors, calculated the regression equation of sub sets in winter and summer and established the prediction formula of pollutant concentration. The multiple correlation coefficients of formula is in the rage of 0.77 to 0.90 that said the correlation is good. And compared with the actual monitoring concentration, the regression equation of sub set has a good to prediction rise and fall of pollutants concentration trend or the peak and valley value. And to analyse the error of predicition, we learned that the value of the standard error and the average absolute deviation in winter is higher than that in summer. The standard error and average absolute deviation of the forecast samples are similar to the statistical samples that suggested the established optimal prediction equation of the regression model has certain prediction ability. But the average absolute deviation of forecast samples is less than the statistical samples that said the forecast result of distribution is relatively concentrated distribution. The discrete degree of forecast sample is smaller than that of statistical sample which showed that there are still some errors to emergency prediction by the established optimal prediction equation of the regression model. So we need to be further combined with the weather situation map to modify the results.Through the above analysis and conclusions, we can study an intuitive understanding of the problems related of the atmospheric pollution in the factoy and can provide a certain basis to the factory premises to make a production plan and do a micro adjustment of landscape distribution.
