Aiming at the boiler of coal-fired power plant nitrogen oxides (NOx) emissions of this thermal control objects have many varieties, coal combustion and time-varying, load change is big, big inertia, strong nonlinearity and large delay and other characteristics, as well as the previous model algorithm control and Smith predictive control predictive control method in the model mismatch deficiencies in, this paper study on the grey forecast theory combined with the original predictive control algorithm, the increase of grey prediction module in the feedback channel, multi step ahead of grey prediction feedback, to establish the grey model prediction control, to advanced prediction and regulation and effective control purposes. And the method of grey forecasting control respectively with the traditional model algorithm control and Smith-PID predictive control method of contrast experiment simulation, expect to show that two times through the simulation experiment, the method of grey forecasting control compared with the original predictive control method can be more effective to overcome the coal varieties, combustion time variable, load change is big, big inertia, strong nonlinearity and the large time delay on system adverse effects, has a good control performance, so as to realize the "control...
