With the continuous development of underground mining,the mining depth is increasing,which leads to the increasingly complicated geological environment and mining conditions in underground mining area,which leads to the increase of ground pressure and the possibility of rockburst.Rock burst can not only bring serious damage consequences,but also cause a great deal of casualties and property losses.It has become one of the most important disasters in mines.In this paper,Shougang Xingshan iron mine underground mining as an example,based on the theoretical analysis,field monitoring as a means of the early warning technology and prevention measures to predict deep mining induced surrounding rock deformation and failure characteristics of rock burst and in-depth research on deep mining has guiding significance.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the research status at home and abroad,summarized the mechanism,forecast and early warning methods and preventive measures for Rockburst of rockburst,the rockburst and research direction in the future;according to the collected at the scene of the Shougang Xingshan iron mine geological and mining design documents,from the geological structure,ore body and rock group characteristics and classification of rock quality and other aspects of the geological structure characteristics of Xingshan iron mine were analyzed and evaluated.(2)Combination of mining and mining of Xingshan iron mine site,select the B11 prospecting line profile as research object to establish the 3D model,the initial stress field and-199m level,-215m level of ten adjacent level drift excavation process is simulated,by analyzing the evolution characteristics and approach of excavation should be the displacement process,reveals the surrounding rock stress field and displacement field distribution and evolution.(3)Combined with the level of the level of Xingshan iron mine mining plan and exploration line profile,a three-dimensional model of Xingshan iron mine by using simulation software,and selected the-199m level as the research object,simplified and established the level of mining plane three-dimensional model,the mining process through the simulation of-199m level that reveals the stoping process in surrounding rock stress distribution and displacement,the stress concentration of hazardous area and displacement change greatly,and the distribution characteristics for the dangerous area to adjust the mining process,mining plan optimization,effectively reduce the stress concentration and the degree of displacement,thereby reducing the possibility of rockburst the.(4)Summarizes the prediction principle,the prediction method for Xingshan iron mine,the simulation results and site conditions based on the 3D numerical,monitoring point arrangement on the level of-180m,the stress of mine and displacement monitoring scheme is set up,the stress and displacement of three warning,have important on site safety.(5)Collected in Xingshan iron mine stress monitoring data,the grey theory to establish the grey forecasting system based on GM(2,1)model,and based on the least squares method was used to improve the results of prediction model,monitoring data to verify the improved is more ideal;using the improved GM(2,1)model of the trend of changes of antithetical couplet complex roadway surrounding rock stress prediction and guidance for safe mining.
