Coal resources are the lifeblood of the national economy, Mine rail transport plays a very large proportion of the costs of coal mine production, With the time increasing,the mine rail transport equipment aging,while rail transport accidents are becoming increasingly serious.According to incomplete statistics, in the process of coal production, rail transportation accidents occur sometimes, accounting for 13.5% of mine production safety accidents,mine rail accidents is getting aroused widespread concern in society. Intelligent anti-car system(also known as fall protection abroad, automatic brake or gear)in the coal mining industry has been widely used to ensure the safety of the mine rail transportion.As the core part of intelligent anti-car system, The performance of harvesters intelligent speed measurement system is one of the most important parameters that measure an intelligent anti-car system’s reliability.With the development of computer control technology,more and more advanced technologies are applied to the design of harvesters intelligent speed measurement system.In this article,after analyzing the existing harvesters intelligent speed measurement system, considering the cost, reliability, security,scalability and other factors, we design a program that take toroidal coils as the front sensor,PLC as site acquisition and control,use industrial computer configuration software to achieve HMI(Human Machine Interface), to establish a pit tub running status monitoring system Jointly. These is the main works:1.Analysising several common models of harvesters intelligent speed measurement system and choosing the most suitable model for the design.2.Achieving sensor selection according to chosen mode and use of field environments, and to building the system on this basis.3.Achieving system hardware design in the case of determining overall system program. Contrary to parameters that can affect the toroidal coil sensors’ detection accuracy doing some suitable modifications for the toroidal coil sensors after studying the toroidal coil sensor’s detection principle. Conducting the selection of PLC and assignment of I/O,according to the system functional requirements to design the PLC and industrial computers, electrical connections that can make system has a certain scalability.4.Studying the detection that microcontroller measures oscillation frequency of toroidal coils, writting microcontroller’s algorithms.5.According to the functional requirements to design control processes,and complete PLC programming.6.According to equipments that system contains to design data network and set data to configuration software, according to functional requirements to complete the HMI(Human Machine Interface).
