With forest resources facing austerity,environmental pollution seriously,greenhouse effection and fog weather,such ecological problems force all the countries value the protection of ecological environment and develop the sustainable utilizatal natural resources. In this environment, the attitude of government and the public make the study of natural environment protection material attract more attention in recent years. Along with the arrival of the age of electricity, the pollution of electromagmetic and electrostatic interfers people’s life, the development of the materials for preventing electrostatic interactions and electromagnetic focuses the researchers’ attention. It will also bring the new direction for the vareities of life for the future.In the thesis, the main research is about a new material(wood-carbon fiber composite material). At this research, the model is made by the technology of hot-pressing process. Then we cut the sample boards to get their macroscopic test(including the measurement of surface resistivity and electromagmetic shielding performance, static music intensity, elastic modulus. At last, use the data we obtained to analyze to grasping the macro trend of transformation. For getting the reason of the change of the materials’ property, we use image segmentation technology based on genetic algorithm for carbon fibre composite wood-micro electron microscopy image segmentation, select the representative composite sample for exracting the morphological characteristics. Then compare the morphological characteristics with its macroscopic electrical properties, based the rules to find the relationship between the material microscopic characteristics and macro performance. Through the comparative study, find the important ralationship between microscopic characteristics and macro-properties:carton fiber uniformity decides the electrical properties. On the basis of the nature of composite material’s micro design and the rules we studied, we will retionlisly design materials to get better macro-properties.The study of composite material connects the microscopic characteristic with the macro-iproperties scientificly, proved that the uniformity of carbon fiber and its lap to form a closed loop for the electrical macro performance influence is rather large,which proved that the composite conductive principle with better properties and good plate provide targeted guidance,at the same time,we can observing the microscopic performance to determine whether the material can be used as eletronic materials in the real life.
