Construction And Appraisal Of Indicator System For Sustainable Development In Eco

In this paper, the ecological city construction of Chang De was chosen as the research subject, and the process of10years (2003-2012) of "create a national environmental protection model city" was selecting as the research scale. Based on the security of ecological system cities and ecological coordination, the ecological city sustainable development index system was built. Based on the modeling results, the development course of ecological city construction of Chang De was drawn. These would provide a quantitative evaluation method for ecological sustainable urban development. The results were as follows:Firstly, the security status of ecological city system of Chang De was evaluated based on the perspective of ecological city system safety. It could be divided into three stages: police state during2003to2007; from police state to safe state during2007to2010; from safe state to a more safe state during2010to2012.Secendly, the principal components analysis results showed that the main factor of the ecological city pressure can be divided into the urban social economic activity factor and the total urban environment impact factor. In the process of the construction of ecological city, it is necessary to take measure to save the energy, reduce the pollutants emission and develop low carbon industry and cleaner production. Thereby, the pressure of ecological city construction by urban social economy activity factor and the total environmental impact factor could be reduced.Finally, the coordination of economic and ecological of Chang De has been analized and evaluated. The results indicated that during2003to2006, it was medium harmonious development and delayed environment behind economy; during2007to2009, it was better medium harmonious development and delayed environment behind economy; during2010to2012, it was best medium harmonious development and delayed economy behind environment. In future, ecological environment for sustainable development of Chang De would continue to adhere to the shift towards clean energy structure, high-end industrial structure, low carbon development of the economic structure.
