Study On New Type Of Hot Melt Extrusion Granulator Of Recycling Waste Plastics

As one of the four major industrial base material,plastic has stable chemical performance,corrosion resistance,and easy to processing molding, has been widely applied to various fields of national economy.But it will produce a large amount of waste plastic in the process of the production and use.These waste plastic are difficult to degrade and easy to cause environmental pollution.Deal with the waste plastic reasonably,not only conducive to protect the environment,but also to reduce the waste of resources.This paper mainly introduced the waste plastic recycling granulation technology and granulation equipment.Based on the theory of new type of granulation process—hot melt granulation,and combined with the research of vertical and horizontal hot melt granulation equipment for the development of the new type hot air melting granulator which uses hot air to heat the waste plastic directly and then extrude granulation without crushing process.This technology can improve the working environment and avoid secondary pollution.The main contents include the following:1、Summarized the treatment of waste plastic,waste plastic recycling granulation technology and granulation equipment on the basis of look up the literature about waste plastic recycling technology.2、Based on the study of the vertical and horizontal hot melt granulation experiment device to develop a new type of hot melting granulator which is composed of hot air circulation system,mixing system,screw extrusion granulation system,transmission system,control system and so on.3、Use polymer fluid analysis software POLYFLOW to simulate melt flow process,analyzed the simulation results and completed the structural design of the die.4 、 Completed the new hot melting granulator processing, assembly and debugging operation.
