The small amount of wax components contained in flaxseed oil, could degrade the taste as well as the assimilation of nutrition of the oil. This article focuses on approaches to dewaxing from flaxseed oil, which would enhance nutrition value and commercial value of flaxseed and provide a reference method to practical production. The research can be concluded as follows:In the process of using urea as main ingredients to dewaxing, we took crude flaxseed oil as sample material to set different factors such as cooling rate, the amount of urea saturated solution, crystallization time, crystallization temperature, centrifugal rotational speed, centrifugal time, to find out their impact on the flaxseed oil of absorption of iodine and light. The results shows that the optimal parameter of above factors are as follows:4℃/min cooling rate, urea saturated solution amount 25%, crystallization time 48h, crystallization temperature 5℃, centrifugal rotational speed 8000r/min, centrifugal time 50min. Under the above settings of dewaxing, the iodine of flaxseed oil could reach 203.35g/100g, absorption rate 0.144.On dewaxing using Butanone, by applying response surface we established quadratic-polynomial math model of solvent ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature. The optimal dewaxing parameters are as follow:solvent ratio 4:1, reaction temperature 9℃, reaction time 32h, under which the iodine of flaxseed oil can reach 210.45g/100g, moreover the dewaxed-oil can be visual-clear under 0℃ for 48h.On research of whether static electricity can be used for dewaxing, by setting different electricity field intensity and processing time reached the conclusion that static electricity can be used for this purpose and the optimal parameters are as follow:distance between charged plates 10cm, voltage 22kv, processing time 120min. Using the above settings, the iodine of flaxseed oil can reach 195.33g/100g, absorption rate 0.522, and the dewaxed-oil can be visual-clear under 0℃ for 48h.On research of dewaxing and degumming at meantime, taking crude flaxseed oil as sample material and set different reaction temperature, mixing time, CaCl2 solution concentration, amount of water etc. We come out with the conclusion that under the optimal parameters as follow:reaction temperature 75 ℃, mixing time 60min, CaCl2 solution concentration 10%, amount of water 6%, the dewaxed and degummed flaxseed oil can be:acetone insoluble content 4.12%, iodine 194.56g/100g and visual-clear under 0℃ for 48h.
