Evaluation Method Research Of Nature Reserve Ecological Civilization Construction Basic Condition

In November 2012, held the eighteenth national congress of CPC, formally put forward to strongly recommended the ecological civilization construction.Since 1956 established the first Nature Reserve--Guangdong Dinghu Mountain Nature Reservs, the subsequent 60 years, although the development of China’s Nature Reserve twists and turus but faster. Although the Nature Reserve development rapidly, there are many problems in construction, development and utilization. For example: the traditional backward management modle to restriction Nature Reserve career development, weight business and ignore management, the unreasonable development and utilization, etc.. These problems directly affect the ecological civilization construction of China’s Nature Resere.Based on the theories and methods of the Nature Reserve evaluation and the Nature Reserve ecological civilization construction, at last, established an evaluation system of the Nature Reserve ecological civilization construction. And take Songshan National Nature Reserve in Beijing as an example gave a case studies and verification.According to the basic principles of the evaluation modle framework system of Nature Reserve Ecological Civilization Construction. Used of expert advice method and seminar, established ecological civilization construction of the Nature Reserve. Adopted Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi Method to determined the every evaluation factors weight, and then analyzed. The weight calculation results indicate that:For Nature Reserve, ecological culture(33.33) are the most important factors that affect the ecological civilization construction, follow by the ecological security(29.17), then the ecological industry(25.00), finally the landscape pattern(12.50).The main innovation of this thesis lies:established a complete set of ecological civilization construction evaluation system of Nature Reserve. Included:set up the ecological civilization construction modle indicators system, weights, etc., and created a ecological civilization construction evaluation study for China’s Nature Reserve precedent. Through the study of this subject, this thesis provided basis theories and operational case for ecological civilization development and management, especially for the ecological civilization construction evaluation on Nature Reserve.
