The concentration of Alumina in aluminium electrolysis cell is one of the main parameter in order to make aluminium electrolysis cell work steady. The current control methods used for aluminum electrolysis process include adaptive control、fuzzy control and neural network control. The alumina concentration is used as stimulating signal for the current identification method adopted. It has slow response speed and intensive hysteresis quality. But current, temperature, molecules and noise may have obvious influences on the sampling process of alumina concentration.With the development of technology, the detecting of temperature is more intelligent and portable than before. Crystallization temperature, which is aimed to be measured in this investigation, is a crucial parameter for smelting industry. It can affect the volatility, fluidity of molten salt electrolyte. In addition, accurate detecting of crystallization temperature can also evaluate the current efficiency, reduce energy consumption and optimize the control of electrolysis cell. So the investigation of crystallization temperature is a key factor for the development of new technology with less consumption and green environmental protection.Through investigation, researches and lots of references reading, this paper completed the detecting of crystallization temperature by designing both of hardware and software of the whole system. And the relevant working through the investigation is described as following:1、On the basis of former investigation and references, a method which can measure and collect the crystallization temperature of elements in Rare Earth solution has been proposed; the project of the crystallization temperature detecting has been decided and its feasibility has been discussed in details.2、In design of hardware system, MCUSTC15L2K16S2 has been chosen to be used to process the data collected from thermocouple; meanwhile, cold end temperature has been collected by temperature sensor and all the data will be sent to PC through wireless communication network.3 、 Software section has been designed by adopting the idea of structured programming, and it has beenprogrammed by C language. The whole software system contains main program, communication program, temperature detecting program for RE solution and cold end temperature. All the temperature can be displayed on PC by wireless communication technology.Different detectors are used to different environment, and portable detector is better to measure the temperature with stationary “spots” [1]. Therefore, the detector designed in this paper is a portable system and it possesses the advantages of high precision and high reliability. And the application in experiments proved its stability.
