The most important part of the aluminium reduction is finished in the electrolytic reduction cell ,the cell voltage and cell temperature are important parameters of the aluminium reduction process, so the three parameters are significant for the aluminium reduction production. Workers need to find out about the condition of production, and the administrators of the production need long-range monitoring the condition of the cell. As for as the actual conditions of aluminum reduction is concidered, it is inconvenient to connect up the cable thread at the scene, and Wireless communication has the advantage relatively. Based on measuring system, the administrators monitor and analyse the condition of the cell through wireless communication,and improve the aluminium reduction control further. It is undoubtedly very valuable and essential.The muti-parameter measuring system is a monitoring system of wireless parameter based on MSP430F449. The system is divided into the two parts of the scene measurement and long-range server. The scene measurement include the cell voltage mesurement, the cell temperature mesurement and wireless communication . The cell voltage mesurement, the cell temperature mesurement and wireless communication is important. Simple partial pressure circuit of accurate resistance utilizing the aluminium electrolysis cell's own characteristic to be designed in the cell voltage mesurement. The plan was drawn up for selesting,using and setting the temperature sensor according to the practical measurement demands. The long-range server include wireless communication and data uploading. It can realize data acquisition , timely displaying . Finish the parameter transmiting between the two parts of the scene measurement and long-range server through the wrieless transmituing module PTR2000+, so it can reach the long-range monitor function.The software of the system is compiled by C language. It has data collecting subsystem, temperature linear subsystem, the voltage changing subsystem, data displaying subsystem, data uploading subsystem, wireless communication subsystem and so on . It have adopted checking form law in common use and linear insertting number value method . The software structure of remote communication sysytem is provied. Set forth the message format used in remote communication according to actual requirement in system. A tidy wireless communication designed for remote communication system is introduced as one of main parts. Through debugging, it can not only show the parameters at the scene, but also send the data gathered to the terminal station to be monitorred long-rangly, and be stored and showed in the PC .
