Chiral is a common phenomenon in nature, chiral widely present in the pharmaceutical,food, balance of nature and human health has an important role. In chemical synthesis sector, as well as for the synthesis of chiral substance Application has become a hot topic. Optical Properties had been thoroughly carried out.Polymer backbone may have different regularity, depending on the polymerization method and the choice of different catalytic effect. Different regularity current synthetic polymers have been large-scale promotion, the industry has also been widely used, many polymeric materials used in our lives are different tacticity of the polymer composition, since the regularity of the polymer so common. We wanted to study the relationship of the polymer containing different tacticity and the different nature of the chiral polymer, in order to discover the polymer and the polymer backbone chiral regularity,which is a new research highlights.In this paper, based on previous laboratory synthesized with acrylic acid chloride as the acylating agent of several chiral polymerizable monomers, which contain different chiral configuration, lay the foundation for the subsequent polymer optical research. We use a Lewis acid yttrium triflate as a catalyst for the chiral polymerizable monomer, we control the reaction solvent in the reaction of methanol and ethanol, i.e., involved in different configurations i.e. L and D monomers of the monomers, the reaction charge ratio and other conditions of the catalyst with a chiral monomer regularity got different polymers, by the results of the analysis showed that the optical properties of the main chain of the polymer regularity are closely linked, and finally by infrared spectroscopy, proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy, laser light scattering instruments measured its performance.This article also uses a synthetic high polymer carrier structured to explore the possibility of high regularity aspects for chiral separation and chiral split method put forward new ideas, that peak by hydroxyl the peak area to determine the size of the polymer split performance.
