Applied Research Of Innovation Projects Based On Vocational Training Skilled Personnel Project Management Theory

Along with the increasing growth of our country economy, skilled personnel are exclaimed by enterprises urgently. The shortage of skilled talents is one of the bottleneck of the rapid development of economic. There is a certain deviation between vocational skilled personnel training quality and social demand for skilled talents. How to train the students to skilled talents becomes the focus of social attention. Meanwhile, it is a new opportunity and challenge to the development of higher vocational education. Training high skilled talents, however, is a systematic engineering, and students learning the solid theoretical knowledge, should pay more attention to practice.So far, vocational education is still executed under the traditional curriculum system. And training time is not sufficient and not guaranteed. Theoretical learnings are not match with training contents, professional learning is not cohesion with training and students’ practical skills are not cultivated. Work ability is not enough for problem solving in practice.The first chapter of this thesis is the topic introduction, at the same time, the research purpose and research significance are introduced. The second chapter gives out the related concept of skilled personnel training mode. The third chapter using literature method and inductive analysis method described the research status of skilled personnel training mode at home and abroad. In chapter four, with an example of the biological pharmacy in Shandong vocational college, from the following six aspects, the content of skilled personnel training mode reform carried on can be interpreted in details as building "with reference to the position requirement for personality development" featured curriculum system, Chapter five the research content is summarized and prospected. Topics for further researching are put forward.
