Research On The Construction Personnel Competence Evaluation Index Of CNPC Overseas Project

With the implementation of the "one belt and one way" policy,more and more Chinese employees will "go out" to participate in the construction of overseas projects.In overseas projects,the working situation faced by the construction personnel is more complex than that in China,and they must face the challenges brought by different cultural backgrounds,construction conditions and construction standards.This puts forward different requirements for the competence of overseas project construction personnel,and needs further research.This thesis focuses on the actual needs of CNPC overseas project development,devotes itself to the competence study of CNPC overseas project constructors,constructs a competence evaluation index system for CNPC overseas project constructors,and improves the competency evaluation standards of relevant construction personnel.Based on the literatures,28 important indicators affecting the competence of overseas project construction personnel were identified according to the results of the theory of job matching and competency.Then a questionnaire is designed according to the identified evaluation indicators,and a questionnaire survey is conducted among the overseas project constructors of CNPC.After the survey is completed,the collected data are analyzed by using SPSS22.0 statistical software,including sample background analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis and factor analysis.According to the results of exploratory factor analysis,this thesis further classifies 28 overseas project constructors' competence evaluation indicators,and finally establishes four dimensions of evaluation index system: overseas work ability,overseas work quality,overseas work skills and overseas work assistance.And through the Niger project,constructors of Dagang Oilfield,the evaluation index is well verified and analyzed by a case study.On the basis of the study results,this thesis puts forward some suggestions to put into practice.Finally,this thesis summarizes the achievements as well as limitations of this study,and suggests directions for future research.
