Stealth technology can effectively reduce the possibility of aircraft, ships and other weapons attacked. So it greatly improves the survival ability and combat capability of these weapons. As one of new absorbing materials, circuit analog absorbing materials both can be used as load-bearing parts and absorbing electromagnetic waves.Reflection coefficient is an important indicator of the absorbing performance of material, so we calculate the reflection coefficient to study the performance of circuit analog absorbing materials. Based on the comprehensive analysis of numerical and simulation theory for circuit analog absorbing materials,paper provides the calculation method of equivalent circuit model for multilayer structure. On the basis of the algorithm, the software design has been completed.The main contents of this paper are:1. The detail of equivalent circuit model and equivalent impedance of strip, patch,single square loop, double square loop and gridded square loop are given respectively.On the basis of transmission line theory, the transmission line equivalent circuit model of multilayer circuit analog absorbing materials and calculation methods of the reflection coefficient and transmission coefficient for different structure are introduced.2.The test of Matlab numerical simulation and HFSS simulation software are introduced respectively. In the numerical simulation test, calculation methods for multilayer structure is given by Taking an example of patch. In the HFSS simulation software test shows how to using HFSS to establish model, set up incentive, set the boundary conditions and the analysis of the results.3. According to the equivalent circuit model of different structure, the simulation software of concrete design method for circuit analog absorbing material, including the design of the parameters, the design of the algorithm and the design of results output design is given. Parameters includes the structural parameters, the electromagnetic parameters and medium parameters, Results output includes text data and curves.4. According to the software, the usage is introduced in detail by taking an example of strip. And software calculation results of strip, patch, single square loop,double square loop and gridded square loop are validated by comparison with HFSS,itillustrates the formula derived from the above is effective and feasible, and the software is correct.
