Study On Hypothermia Petroleum Products Standard Substance And Non-Newtonian Fluids

Study of hypothermia petroleum products standard substance is a very important research direction. A variety of petroleum products standard substance is developed and applied in practice. But to now, there is no standard substance used to testing low temperature properties of petroleum products or calibrating instruments. Therefore, the development of hypothermia petroleum products standard substance is a very urgent need. Meanwhile, the study of Newtonian fluid is very comprehensive, but the study of non-Newtonian fluids is always inadequate.In this paper, we test the pour point and cloud point of the oil to filter the ones which meet the requirements. And then, we aliquot the oil and select those randomly to test the accuracy, uniformity and stability of the oil. During the test, we should ensure the same kind of oil will not be tested in the same day. We put the stability of oil into long-term stability and short-term stability. The testing time of Long-term stability is usually more than one year and the time of short-term stability is usually two weeks. During the testing time, we repeat the test to investigate the stability of the oil. Finally, we can declare them to be the petroleum products standard substance whose accuracy, uniformity and stability all meet the requirements. We also mix some different oils whose purpose is to deploy other standard substance.we declare someone to be the standard substance after inspecting the accuracy, uniformity and stability of them.Meanwhile, we take the polyethylene oxide (PEO) and silicon dioxide (SiO2) colloid solution for the example to study the polymer rheological properties of colloidal composite system. And we also discuss the viscoelastic diversification of the non-Newtonian fluid when the shear force changes. In this paper, we study the rheological properties of PEO/ SiO2 aqueous solution, as well as conduct a study of its accuracy, uniformity and stability.
