As the values transfer materials of metrology system, Reference Materials are widely used in real production. It plays a significant role in the laboratory metrology accreditation and assess the technical level and quality of the staff. The low temperature properties of Petroleum Products include low temperature mobility and usability, usually being expressed by Cold filter plugging point(CFPP), Pour point(PP) and Cloud point(CP).Firstly, mixing mineral oil to obtain four expected CFPP, Test the homogeneity of CFPP RMs, Based on the F-test of statistics to judge the homogeneity of CFPP RMs. Then, Test the stability of CFPP RMs, The stability includes short-term stability and long-term stability, Based on the T-test of statistics to judge the stability of CFPP RMs. Thus choose several labs to determine the CFPP RMs reference value. Finally, Assess the uncertainty of CFPP RMs. The results of CFPP RMs are Reference valueħUncertainty. So Four kinds of CFPP RMs?three kinds of PP RMs and two kinds of CP RMs are developed through the above methods.Mix several kinds of alkane and BW2080-3, discovering that It exits the phenomenon of the minimum CFPP when the difference value of them is less than a certain value. Mix different kinds of alkanes to simulate mineral oil and diesel oil, then test their CFPP?PP and CP to study the influence of molecular weight and the low temperature of CFPP PP and CP. Thus, To summarize the numerical relationship of CFPP?PP and CP.
