| With the improvements of the environmental regulations and the living standards, the sulfur and aromatic contents of the foreign solvent oil products have been going down to a quite low level, the production development of which shows the features of refinement, seriation, cleaning and innocuous management. Compared with the overseas products, the domestic solvent oil series lag so much, on the reduction of the sulfur and aromatic contents, so it is very urgent to develop advanced hydrotreating technologies of the clean solvent oil production and industrialize it furthermore.Two idle industrial equipment of some refinery have been utilized to make systemic researches on the novel catalysts prepared independently. The hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation catalysts served in Section I and the deep aromatic hydrosaturation catalyst in Section II have been tested comprehensively. The process conditions of reaction temperatures and volume space velocity have been studied, the influences on product properties of which have been investigated. The technology parameters have been optimized to give a proper processing scheme of medium pressure hydrogenation with two sections, and the long-term operating experiment for testing the service life of the catalysts has been implemented, too. It is indicated that the performances and activities of the novel hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation catalysts and the deep aromatic hydrosaturation catalyst are all better than that of the similar products, respectively. The stabilities of our novel catalysts are good enough to serve for a long operating term.The existing catalysts served in medium pressure hydrogenation devic, with two sections, can been replaced by the novel catalysts developed in this study, serving in a more demulcent condition and giving excellent products, and the clean solvent oil products can meet the foreign industrial standards under a proper processing conditions. |
