The main direction of refractory construction is Wet spraying method of unshaped refractory material.Wet spraying machine is a kind of special construction machinery for this Wet spray method.The design of spray part for the Wet spraying machine is reasonable or not, that directly determines the formation of refractory coating and affects the working efficiency and quality of this wet spraying machine.The computational fluid dynamics(CFD) is a research method to analyze the status and changes of fluid flow through numerical calculation,and it is under control of the The basic rheological equation.This paper is completed on the basis of the early investigation and design of wet spraying machine by the research group, and analyzes the flow state of the material in the pipe and the nozzle.And the CFD method and Fluent software is been used to simulate the flow status based on refractories.According to the simulation results,this paper put forward the optimization scheme of gunning device In order to improve the performance of refractory wet spraying machine, which is in accordance with the construction requirements.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the refractory material in the pipe flow state by using the fluid dynamics theory.It used the professional CFD software FLUENT to simulate the material flow condition, and provide the reference for the laying of pipelines and choice of pipe material.(2)This paper presents the design scheme of the Nozzle structure based on the working conditions.It simulated the flowing status of the nozzle and proposed the optimization scheme for the structure of nozzle part, and provide reference to improve the performance of spray wet spraying machine.Compared with the traditional method of theoretical analysis and experimental method, CFD method can simulate the models which is In the ideal state or special conditions. It has good flexibility, and can also provides a complete and detailedinformation.Using the CFD method to design the gunning device of Refractory material wet spraying machine can reduce development cost, shorten the development time.
