Mine hoist is the important equipment of the mine production, its safety and reliability is directly related with the whole production efficiency, in the event of failure will result in significant economic losses and life safety hazards, so that the fault diagnosis of mine hoist is very necessary. Through hoist system analysis, results show that fault and accident happen randomly, certain parts of the system state have the characteristics of uncertainty and fuzziness, it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model. Accuracy of the general fault diagnosis method is low, its effect is not ideal in the diagnosis, so that it has been difficult to meet the actual needs.Based on the application of fault diagnosis from xx mine hoist system and problems existing in the fault diagnosis, the fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy fault tree is put in paper, combine fault tree analysis method with fuzzy mathematics theory to realize the fault diagnosis.Firstly, this paper describes the hoist system composition and the typical faults, introduces the theory of fuzzy fault tree, discusses the establishment of the fault tree and the fuzzy number model, the uncertainty of the fault tree that can be solved with the fuzzy mathematics theory, introduces fuzzy sets, membership degree, fuzzy arithmetic, fuzzy importance, etc, the accurate probability is replaced with the probability of fuzzy number, and this paper gives the applying example of the “hoist sliding” to test the feasibility of the fuzzy fault tree, the results show that fuzzy fault tree is feasible for fault diagnosis; Secondly, combine the fuzzy fault tree with the fault diagnosis technology, design the fault diagnosis system of mine hoist, analyze in detail the process of fault diagnosis and the realization of fault reasoning mechanism, and put the “temperature fault of hoist electric control system” as an instance, based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of fault by fuzzy fault tree and by comparing the importance to find the cause of the fault, the conclusions show that the fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy fault tree is reliable; Finally, the fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy fault tree is applied in the fault diagnosis of xx mine hoist system, complete the design of the fuzzy module and fault diagnosis module, the fault tree is established, the system failure is analyzed, the results show that the diagnostic results and the actual situation is consistent, the results verify that the fault diagnosis method based on fuzzy fault tree can effectively diagnose the cause of the hoist fault and improve the diagnostic reliability.
