Mine hoist is one of the most important conveyances of coal mines.Mine hoist is the key coal mining equipment and manages the gangue transportation and transporting personnel between the ground and underground.So the running safety of mine hoist has important clinical implications for coal enterprises.Firstly,the background and significance of the subject research are mainly discussed and the present situation of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of mine hoist at home and abroad are summarized.The research trend of petri net fault diagnosis technology and some related applications are reviewed,a system concept called dynamic modification system based on running condition and research significance are described in detail.Furthermore,a system model which includes condition monitoring,fault diagnosis and dynamic modification is put forward.Petri Net fault diagnosis method is introduced to solve the problem of inadequate of diagnostic ability of existing condition monitoring system.Fuzzy production rule and Petri Net technology are combined to form a fuzzy petri net based on fault characteristics of mechanical system.A forward reasoning algorithm of matrix form is put forward.A fault propagation matrix is used to record the process of the fault propagation,reflecting the dynamic behavior of faults and it realizes system-level fault diagnosis based on FPN rapid reasoning.Meanwhile,Configuration monitoring system and fuzzy petri net are combined and a integrated implementation model is put forward,which not only overcome the insufficient of configuration monitoring system's diagnostic ability but also solve the problem of data source of the Petri net.Based on configuration platform,a mine hoist remote monitoring system is designed and developed for the need of the system mode which includes condition monitoring,fault diagnosis and dynamic modification.It consists of the design of data acquisition method,scheme design of remote monitoring system and the development of monitoring system.Meanwhile,from the perspective of aiming at improving the level of system maintenance and reliability,a development strategy of monitoring system of mine hoist based on Kingview is proposed,including discretization event?structure variable and modular design and so on.Finally,from the perspective of design safety of mine hoist,a implementation method of dynamic modification is put forward.It uses remote monitoring technology,Matlab numerical analysis and.NET technology to realize data collecting online,dynamic calculation and system integration and establishes a system information feedback platform for equipment design and manufacture in order to eliminate or decrease potential source of fault in the stage of equipment design and manufacture.The author develops a hoist wirerope dynamic modification system based on running condition and the system is applied to a coal mine of Shanxi Province.The experiment shows that the system model,including condition monitoring,fault diagnosis and dynamic modification,not only realizes remote monitoring and fault diagnosis,but also can obtain real-time dynamic performance of the key part of mine hoist and that this system model ensures the safety of mine hoist from the aspects of running and design.
