The Monitoring System For Robot Welding Based On Access Database

With the development of the enterprise, as a common way of material processing, Welding gradually realize a large-scale production and the difficulty of regulation becomes larger and larger for the leader. This paper introduces a design of a Monitoring System for robot welding based on Access database and wireless network. With it, the leader can monitor the welding condition in the place far away from the scene.The Monitoring System for Robot Welding includes a design of three levels, include the experimental system, the monitoring platform and the database system. The experimental system is responsible for data acquisition of robot welding. The monitoring platform is responsible for the interface of monitoring. The database system is responsible for the storage of data. They work together to realize the monitoring of the robot welding process.In this paper, we realize the monitoring of the robot welding process. It is the most basic and extremely important step for welding workshop to become more intelligent.
