The petroleum industry is the lifeblood of the development of the entire national economy.After the development of the oilfield,it is very important to check the working status of the oil wells in the oil production process.At present,the automation of oil well inspections has been basically realized in foreign countries,and the domestic main use of manual patrol methods,oil workers It is necessary to go through the entire mining area,check the working condition of the equipment,and record the main data of the oil production process.This method is inefficient,and it is impossible to find and deal with equipment failures in time.In order to improve the level of oilfield automation management and improve oil recovery efficiency,this paper takes Daqing Oil Production No.6 Factory as the research background,and designs a new remote monitoring wireless network system based on embedded technology and wireless bridge technology.This system can replace artificial It is of great practical significance to patrol the well to realize the collection of remote voltage,current and other electrical parameter data,and to realize remote video real-time monitoring.This paper studies the research status of oilfield automation monitoring,compares the characteristics of several wireless transmission technologies,discusses the advantages of embedded technology in the field of industrial monitoring,and chooses the combination of embedded technology and wireless bridge technology to construct a condition monitoring system.The overall scheme of the system was designed,the software and hardware design was completed,and finally the system test platform was built to test the system function and performance.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,this paper designs the overall scheme of the oil well condition monitoring wireless network system,and analyzes the technical difficulties and key technologies of the system.The key technologies of remote multi-node wireless network construction and high concurrent server design are studied.The topology,routing protocol and channel access technology of packet radio network are studied.The network system of this system is designed and based on thread pool and The select technology is designed for high-concurrent servers,which solves the difficult problem of wireless network transmission distance,multiple nodes,and multiple network nodes connecting servers at the same time.Secondly,this paper designs the overall hardware scheme of the system.In order to ensure the reliability and stability,several functional modules are screened based on the industry standard.The main circuit of the embedded core control board is designed in detail and completed.The design of the single well data acquisition box ensures that the system can work safely and stably in a complex industrial environment at the hardware level.Thirdly,this paper completed the design of the overall solution of the system software.The construction process of embedded Linux development platform is analyzed,and the transplantation of Linux system and the establishment of cross environment are completed.After analyzing the network programming model and designing the application layer protocol,the program of the high concurrent server was designed.The main function modules of the upper computer program and the lower computer program are designed to realize the whole process of data acquisition,transmission,processing and monitoring.Lastly,this paper builds a test platform for the system,and tests the main functional modules such as wireless bridge communication,data acquisition,video surveillance,and high concurrent server model,and completes the test of the overall function and performance of the system.Performance was analyzed and evaluated.Experiments show that the system can realize long-distance monitoring of long-distance multi-node oil well conditions,can effectively replace artificial track wells,improve the efficiency of oilfield automation management,and has high stability and reliability,and high practicability.Improvement has certain practical significance.
