The coal resources of Jing ge zhuang mine is almost digged out except for surface plant coal pillar when the mine of Kai Luan Group has been high intensity mined through thirty years. the main shaft and roadway of the mine will be used for studied and visit education base, the main shaft and roadway facility and main construction of industrial square must be effectively protect long time for satisfy the normal use, the 24 million tons coal pillar of industrial square should be economic mining recycled safely. So based on the coal seam ocurrence、mining technology conditions and the building structures protection requirement of Jing ge zhuang mine, the optimization design ensures the safe use of construction and increase the coal mining rate, there is very important significance of realising the transition in Jing zhuang mine of Kai Luan Group.Based on the industrial square coal pillar of Jing ge zhuang mine, stripe paste filling mining technology is researched in depth for industrial square coal pillar, by the means of the combinative method of theoretical analysis, field research, numerical model and experiment. The article analyzes geological conditions、mining technology conditions and observed information, it designs clean mining scheme for the peripheral pillar of industrial square and mining design of four schemes for the internal pillar combined with the building structures protection requirement of industrial square, it analyzes safety and stability for schemes. the internal pillar of industrial square should be mining recycled by the means of Strip and pasty fluid filling mining in 9 and 12-2 coal seam, it predicts to analyze the deformation of strip and filling mining, it analyze the surface and shaft by probability integral method, the surface deformation result of industrial square satisfy to conform to the standard. The FLAC software is made to numerical modeling for coal pillar mining of the fourth scheme that analyze in horizontal displacement、vertical deviation、horizontal stress and vertical stress, the result that meet requirement is in line with probability integral method; The paste filling process is designed in goaf, it include the total process from surface to bottom goaf, and design every pack subsystem correspond to reality, the article research match of paste filling materials that cover coal gangue、coal ash、cement、water and annexing agent, it ensure parameters proportion of materials through filling loop experiment and analyz the reliability of pasty fluid, The result finally meets the requirements.
