Based on the Supporting-Plate theory, the Filling Strip Mining, Mining Subsidence Strata Controlling Theory, and by using of 2D-σnumerical simulation software, this paper studies on coal pillars stability and its influencing factors in condition of strip-filling mining. The simulation focused on pillar stability in condition of sigle coal seam and multiple seams, and the influence laws of mining width, pillar width and filling width acting on coal pillar stability are studied. The following conclusions were reached:1) the mining width is the principal factor acting on coal pillars stability in condition of strip-filling mining, while the filling width is the second one and the pillar width is the third one; 2) the appropriate mining parameters include the mining width being the equal rupture length of supporting-plate, the filling width being 8~10 times of the width of the plastic zone of coal pillar, and the width of coal pillar being 2~3 times of the core width of coal pillar.
