In this paper, the aging behaviors of the poly ether-polyurethane films modified by compound additives(Ce O2 and HALS) under the ozone/ultraviolet/alternating temperature/low-pressure and the ultraviolet/alternating temperature/low-pressure comprehensive aging conditions were investigated.Firstly, the poly ether-polyurethane films modified by compound additives were prepared by the spin-coating method. Then the alternating temperature/low-pressure/ ultraviolet aging experiments and the alternating temperature/low-pressure/ ultraviolet/ozone aging experiments of the polyurethane films were conducted in the self-developed alternating temperature/low-pressure/ultraviolet/ozone comprehensive aging equipment. According to the yellow index, color difference, FT-IR and UV-Vis measurements of the samples during aging process, the aging resistance of the poly ether-polyurethane films were investigated. The results show that the C-H bond and the C-O bond breaks, the number of N-H bond and C-H drops, the number of-C=O bond increases. Addition of compound additives into poly ether polyurethane have significant effects on the aging process of polyurethane under the alternating temperature/low-pressure/ultraviole and the alternating temperature/low-pressure/ultraviolet/ozone condition, and the poly ether-polyurethane films reached the optimal aging resistance performance at the compound additives content 1.0wt%.The poly ether-polyurethane films modified by compound additives in alternating temperature/low-pressure/ ultraviolet/ozone condition have higher aging rate than that under alternating temperature/low-pressure/ ultraviolet condition. That means that the ozone, together with alternating temperature/low-pressure/ ultraviolet, shows obvious synergistic aging effects on the polyurethane films.
