II With the cold-rolled products in various fields continue to promote and escalation of market demand, high-quality cold rolled strip increasingly popular in the market. Flatness real-time detection and online-control as important ways to control the quality of cold rolled strip are more and more attended by industry experts. The analysis of shapemeter for detection signal and calibration equation and its accuracy improve, as a key technology of the shape detection, has important significance. In this paper, under the support of the National Natural Science Fund Project(Serial number: 51027003), a closed piezoelectric shapemeter(patent number: CN101497084A) and a comprehensive testing platform of piezoelectric shapemeter(patent number: CN101518787A), by our group independent research, for the object to carry out the design and improvement for the precise calibration device of piezoelectric shapemeter, analysis the accuracy of calibration results and the verification of practical application and other practical research. These have practical application and theoretical guidance value for piezoelectric shapemeter industrial application.In the basis of the research and analysis for the first set of the piezoelectric flatness calibration device, according to the characteristics of the comprehensive testing platform of piezoelectric shapemeter, devised a set of more stable and more accurate calibration device. Using Solidworks,a three-dimensional design software, to design the dynamic calibration device, and mounted it to the platform to achieve dynamic calibration of the piezoelectric shapemeter Using Labview, a programming software, developed the piezoelectric shapemeter dynamic calibration system, and used this system to dynamically demarcate the segmented piezoelectric shapemeter. Then Determined the calibration factor and zero drift range and other parameters for each measuring channel. Accuracy test for each channel calibration results, to sure the calibration results in the error range required(± 2%). Analysis of the impact of demarcate speed to dynamic calibration system.To verify the calibration accuracy of the piezoelectric shapemeter, welded the material for the Q235, width 470 mm, 0.45 mm thick strip kit on the comprehensive testing platform of piezoelectric Shapemeter, analyzed the reasons of the strip deviation, and through regulated agencies to make sure the strip can stable operation on the required channels, does not occur deviation phenomenon. Using Labview developed segmented piezoelectric shapemeter shapedetection system, through the system and calibrated piezoelectric shapemeter carried out the strip flatness measurement on the platform, then compared and analyzed with the actual flatness.
