At present, in the oil industry,the three-phase flow theory is still in the early research, the flow pattern are classificated and complex. Both in the vertical wellbore or gathering system, the level of theoretical model and calculation formula have not yet accepted. For horizontal oil pipeline, the research content mainly includes three phase flow pattern classification and the pressure drop calculation, but the pressure drop calculation results and actual working condition of match is not very ideal, mainly reflected the test model simplificated. In the paper,based on the above situation, research works are carried out as follows:First of all, according to three phase flow theory, establish the level set ring oil pressure drop model, using the Duke Le first method, Duke Le second method, Baker, Shaun- Brill four kinds of different methods to calculate the pressure drop, the node and wellhead pressure of hydraulic oil collector ring are simulated.Secondly, the use of numerical simulation software FLUENT for oil-gas-water three-phase flow inside the tubes and of orthogonal experiment method to simulate the level set pipe network under different rheological parameters of three-phase flow type structure.With the help of MATLAB software platform,the application of BP neural network intelligent recognition method,established the level set oil ring type three-phase flow intelligent recognition mechanism.Then put the rod-pumped well ground device, subsurface sucker rod,subsurface pump as a whole, comprehensive consideration of the well production parameters and sucker rod, application of mechanical system dynamics, establishing the simulation model of suspension point indicator diagram,motor power and oil well production.Using the pump load boundary and suspension point displacement conditions,by solving the wave equation,the influence between the well hydraulic and the input power and the well production of the machine mining system is studied.Finally, put the article combines oil and machine system simulation research as a whole. Put the surface gathering pipeline network as a research object, considering the network structure parameters, the trend of the network, the environment temperature. the establishment of the wellhead pressure and the relationship between the gathering and transferring system operation parameters, the operation parameters of the well hydraulic oil collecting system are studied; Put the mixed water and water temperature as design variables, in different water parameters combination cases, establish the model of energy consumption and system benefit, put the minimum energy consumption and the biggest benefit of the system as objective function, application of the optimization methods, determine the reasonable operation parameter of gathering system.
