Energy is an important resource in the production of iron and steel enterprises.High energy consumption will lead to high cost of iron and steel enterprises,but also will cause the waste of resources and pollution of the environment.Saving energy and reducing consumption is one of the effective ways to realize the sustainable development of iron and steel enterprises.The establishment of energy management system of iron and steel enterprises is the main means to improve energy management level,optimizing the energy allocation and reducing energy consumption.In this paper,taking a steelmaking plant of Anshan Iron and steel as the research object,from the perspective of production needs and economical and practical,the key prediction model for energy conservation and emissions reduction of steelmaking process and the energy management system development were studied,the main work includes:(1)Based on steelmaking problem of a large number of field research,in-depth analysis of the steel production process energy consumption distribution,enterprise management processes and key factors of energy saving and emission reduction.(2)Based on the collection of a large number of production data and energy data,the important energy medium in the process of steelmaking production—oxygen,established the BP neural network prediction model of oxygen blowing of converter steelmaking,and the model of network structure,input/output parameters and prediction precision are analyzed in the simulation.(3)The integrated use of the theory and methods of system engineering and software engineering,the function of the energy management system for steelmaking process are analyzed and researched,determine the steelmaking process of energy management system's main function,system configuration and implementation scheme,and the advanced prediction model is applied to the system implementation.Through communication with the steel mill energy management personnel,is generally believed that if the application of the research results of this paper to the practice,will effectively improve the plant's energy management level,in terms of energy saving and environmental protection will have a positive effect.
