With the development of the power line carrier communication technology, the communication medium of oil net can depend on the power line which can reduce the costs of manpower and network laid, and at the same time it’s convenient for the mainte-nance and management in the future. The structure of power grid leads to a stronger blindness in the process of power line carrier routing addressing and a lower accuracy of the results. Therefore, designing an improved addressing algorithm and hardware systems which suited the power line carrier communication is very important. This paper will make an intensive study of these problems.First of all, aim to the time-varying characteristics and complex networking mode, a suited networking mode for the power line carrier communication is proposed. According to the problems of power line carrier routing addressing algorithm based on ACO in ad-dressing factors blindly and falling into the optimal solution too early, improvements in updating the rules for overall algorithm and initial power value are implement.Secondly, in accordance with the high power noise and easy to attenuation charac-teristics for the power line carrier communication, also in need of simulation for the monitoring system, the power line carrier communication technology is designed in the network, responsible for the data transmission module and for collecting the data. The design includes the modules of the hardware structure, the circuit design schematic and PCB design and the software hardware structure design supporting normal work of the hardware, according to the features of PC of sensor nodes, a stable communication pro-tocol is proposed.Thirdly, the oilfield monitoring circuit system based on power line carrier is de-signed, a web for oilfield monitoring and management is also designed, at the same time, a database server is setup for decreasing data redundancy and increasing data independ-ence. The systems achieve the desired results in the laboratory environment, after ana-lyzing the algorithm performance and testing the hardware equipment in laboratory en-vironment.
