At present, bearings of our country’s high-grade CNC machine tool have the requirement of high speed, high precision, and testing this kind of bearings is one of the key technical difficulties. Especially on the basis of error separation roundness and cylindricity error is brought to the attention of the domestic and foreign research and application.In the process of research, it combines theory and application. Its theoretical basis is roundness and cylindricity measurement model based on error separation technique. Its main contents are cylindrical shape of 3D reconstruction and 3D display the writing and validation. Concrete research contents are as follows:1 Introduce error separation technique, comparison and analysis of existing several based on the cylindricity error separation technique of separation and measurement model.2 Part of the cylindricity error test system design. Design content has three: first, the design of the function of sensor installation adjusting device; second, to achieve high accuracy, non-contact cylindricity measurement; third, the cylindricity error separation in a data processing system, the preparation of the reconstruction program.3 Cylindrical surface morphology of 3D display. From the cylindrical surface reconstruction, the coordinates of the point of the Graphics software based on C++Builder OpenGL(Open Graphics library, Open Graphics library) of cylindrical surface of three-dimensional display, grid display, surface. Finally, an example verification program has practical valuation.In this paper, design of the sensor device to install and spectral confocal displacement sensor is used to realize the cylindricity of non-contact measurement. In addition, on the cylindrical shape three-dimensional display, for the first time application of different colors to represent the distribution and size of the cylindricity error, as well as the size of the qualitative evaluation of the cylindricity error. Finally the simulation proved that the program is correct and available.
