This paper studies a new method of microwave activated roasting —— pressure hydrochloric acid leaching to recycling of titanium in fly ash for the fly ash in a large number of annual emissions, low utilization rate, serious pollution, and the content of titanium is 2.72%; at the same time, more and more small titanium resources and the shortage of high-quality titanium; while the development of titanium industry and the traditional artificial rutile high requirements for raw materials. This experiment studies on the physical and chemical properties of fly ash and fly ash activation roasting mechanism, and studies on the effects of microwave power, microwave time, different kinds of activators, NaOH addition, different kinds of acid, concentration of hydrochloric acid, leaching temperature, leaching time, stirring speed and liquid-solid ratio on the leaching rate of titanium in fly ash.The experimental results show that fly ash can be heated and enhanced activity by microwave roasting method; Adding NaOH as activator can significantly enhance the absorbing effect of fly ash and damage the stable structure components in fly ash, To generate a variety of soluble in acid sodium salt; After microwave activation roasting, the activity of fly ash is good, Titanium in fly ash can direct atmospheric pressure leaching by hydrochloric acid and the leaching rate of titanium is large. The optimal process for the recycling of titanium in fly ash: Good leaching effect of fly ash in titanium, the leaching rate reached 85.77% as fly ash and NaOH according to the mass ratio of 1:1 mix in power microwave 800 W under 5min after roasting with 11.64mol/L hydrochloric acid, concentrated 8h leaching time on leaching temperature of 85 ℃, stirring speed 20r/s, hydrochloric acid and fly ash liquid to solid ratio was 9.
