Along with the rapid development of electronic technology, Printable Electronics guides the development direction of the miniaturization of electronic products, flexibility, environmental protection to electronic equipment. As the key material of Printable Electronics, it’s of practical significance for the development of conductive ink. In general, current conductive ink have problems such as high sintering temperature and poor adhesion. It is necessary to develop excellent low-temperature sintering and high adhesion conductive ink. Nano silver conductive ink with advantages of easy to preparation and high electrical conductivity, is the research focus, also is the main content of this article.Capping agent was obtained through the esterification reaction of mercaptoacetic acid and polyethylene glycol(peg). In the liquid phase chemical reduction method, silver nitrate as the precursor, hydrazine hydrate as reductant, capping agent was added to prepare small particle size, narrow distribution of silver nanoparticles. Silver nitrate concentration and some other factors were discussed to determine the influence of reaction conditions on the particle size distribution. At last, silver nanoparticles with an average particle size of 10 nm was prepared under the condition of 20℃, silver nitrate to thioglycolic acid polyglycol ester of amount of substance ratio of 12:1, silver nitrate concentration of 0.2 mol/L, hydrazine hydrate concentration of 0.1 mol/L.Water-soluble light-cured acrylic resin with double-bond functional groups was obtained through the reaction of different acrylic monomers with isocyanate. And the influence of reaction conditions on the acrylic resin were analyzed. At last, acrylic resin with an average molecular weight of 7,800 was prepared under the condition of 50% solvent, initiator of 3%, the dosage of chain transfer agent of 2%, the reaction time of 5 hours. And the characteristic of the isocyanate modified acrylic resin was discussed through FT-IR,DSC,TGA etc.Silver nanoparticles and acrylic resin were added into organic solvent according to certain proportion to prepare inkjet printing of conductive ink. The importance of the paper used as a base material for ink conductive performance improvement was analyzed. The influences of ratio of silver/resin and sintering temperature on the properties of conductive ink were discussed. As a result, resin-free conductive ink layer with a conductivity of 2.72×105 S/m could be obtained after the sintering under 170 ℃ for 2 minutes. When the solid content of nano silver-resin was 70%, a conductivity of 3.3×104 S/m could be obtained. Compared with resin-free silver ink film, nano silver-resin ink film showed a high stability of conductivity under the action of external force, especially the resistance to vertical force.
