Water-based ink comes into being a new type of ink in the low-carbon green environment,with other inks unmatched safety and environmental protection features.But most of the domestic production of water-based ink has many shortcomings,such as dried slowly,defects and poor water resistance,and so on.This thesis discusses the synthesis of water-based acrylic's technology,modification and make sure the formulations of water-based ink by preferred synthetic materials and ink raw materials,and prepare a kind of fast-drying,water resistance good water-based ink.In this paper,we use nano-silica modified acrylic resin previously modified the nano-silica's surface grafting a silane coupling agent KH-570,and determine the optimum amount of silane coupling agent through the test of activation rate and dispersion stability.That is that the amount of nano-silica's mass of 9%the activation rate is higher.And then the nano-silica and modified nano-silica were characterized by infrared spectroscopy.As can be seen from the spectra,silane coupling agent KH-570 successfully grafted at silica surface with the hydrophobic lipophilic group CH2CH2COOC(CH3)=CH2,and lipophilic group participation radical polymerization of an acrylic resin emulsion by opening the double bond to improve the modified nano silica dispersion stability in an acrylic emulsion.The emulsion viscosity is 178.23mpa·s.The coating of emulsion has good wear resistance,and abrasion index is 0.427.Futher,this thesis uses orthogonal experiment to determine the best formulation of acrylic resin emulsion modified by nano-silica.The best formulationand is the ratio of hard and soft monomers MMA:BA is 2:1,modified nano-SiO2 in an amount of 9%of the total monomers,composites emulsifier 6%,the amount of APS initiator 0.6%.The overall performance of acrylic emulsion obtained by the best formula is good.It has the better calciumion stability,and did not have gel-free or stratification.It has high solid content,of 65.14%.The film of the emulsion has low water absorption,of 2.13%,indicating good water resistance of the resin.By infrared spectroscopic analysis of the resin film,we can derived that the synthetic polymer is a uniformly polymer of SiO2/KH-570/MMA/BA/AA/NMA.Through the DSC analysis of resin we can derived that the Tg of polymer is 16.7?,and it is closed to the theoretical value.The glass transition temperature is low,and it is easy to conjunctiva in the room temperature.Finally,I use it as the binder to prepare water-based ink.The best formula of water-based ink is determined by orthogonal experiment,and test the performance of water-based ink made by the best formula.Then it is compared to domestic water-based ink technology indicators.The results showed that the initial dryness,adhesion fastness and water resistance of the ink made by this experiment is perfect,and achieve the desired effect expected.
