With the rapid economic development, environmental issues become the bottleneck of its development, poses a great threat to human survival and development. In recent years, the "green management" term rise in all countries, foreign scholars to explore issues of Enterprise Green Management from different perspectives, different aspects of domestic research on green management to keep up with the pace gradually international research.Although the rise of foreign Earlier research on green management, but rarely involve stakeholders, green management and environmental performance of the three relationships, so this article about the drivers of green management, green management practices and green management performance and other studies abroad Based on the theory put forward relevant assumptions, using factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other methods to study the relationship between stakeholders, green management practices and environmental performance between the three. Since the reform and opening up, China’s manufacturing industry to take the direct creation of a third of GDP, while the PRD with institutional advantages, location advantages, the formation of a number of manufacturing groups set market competitiveness and certain innovation capability, the development of its manufacturing industry has entered a mature stage. Therefore, this article 224 of the Pearl River Delta manufacturing enterprises issuing a questionnaire survey research, collect data and use statistical analysis software for data analysis, to build a theoretical model of the three and hypothesis testing was carried out to obtain the relevant conclusions.The results show that direct stakeholders and cleaner production and proactive administration is not significantly correlated; indirect stakeholders and proactive administration, cleaner production and environmental performance showed significant positive correlation; the process of green management practices among stakeholders on environmental performance impact of has a mediating role. Therefore, cleaner production as affected stakeholders on environmental performance of the mediating variables, which can effectively improve the smooth implementation of the company’s environmental performance. According to empirical results, for the early realization of the PRD enterprises to green management, recommendations are enterprises should attach great importance to the development of green management, attention to the power of the indirect supervision of stakeholders, greater efforts to promote cleaner production.
