As the cyano has strong binding ability, it has been widely used in various industrial fields, Therefore, the containing cyanide wastewater inevitably in the production of these industries. This research adopts the emulsion liquid membrane extraction of a gold smeltery of gold cyanide and copper ions in bearing cyanide wastewater processing research.Upon the structure and separation principle of emulsion liquid membrane system, the Span-80 as a surfactant, TOA as a carrier, liquid paraffin as a film additives, kerosene as solvent membrane, NaOH solution as the internal phase, using emulsion liquid membrane technology in the treatment of industrial wastewater cyanide. Research shows that: when the dosage of the surfactant Span-80 was 3%, the membrane additives dosage of liquid paraffin is 1%, emulsion liquid membrane in the inland waters phase NaOH concentration 2%, emulsion speed is 2300 rpm, system feeding time choosing 15 min, of emulsion liquid membrane has good stability. Let stand for an hour of emulsion membrane breakage rate below 3%. The results for emulsion liquid membrane method to remove the cyanide in the cyanide wastewater provide a theoretical and technical basis.Based on the above analysis, this paper also studied using emulsion liquid membrane technique to extract the copper in the cyanide wastewater. Research shows that: Span-80-TOA-liquid paraffin kerosene emulsion membrane system also applies to processing from a gold smelter gold copper recycling of waste water containing cyanide wastewater. Examines the surfactant dosage of Span-80 dosage of additives, membrane liquid paraffin, carrier TOA dosage, the internal phase H2SO4 solution concentration, oil than inside, water ratio and web of phase concentration on the influence of copper extraction rate. Membrane experimental results show that when adding surfactant additives Span-80, membrane liquid paraffin, carrier TOA, membrane solvent volume percent of kerosene were 5%, 2%, 4%, 2%, the concentration is 1.5 mol/L H2SO4 solution as the internal phase. According to oil ratio 1:1 emulsion system, extraction water ratio 1:7, for copper ion concentration range from 60 mg/L to 120 mg/L bearing cyanide wastewater, have higher extraction rate is above 90%.
