This paper studies the north airport WWTP project feasibility in Xixian new complex, through positioning with analysis of engineering construction background, necessity, service area, service area of water supply and drainage situation and planning, service area, service population and structure of plant engineering, engineering design scale, water quality, treatment process project and optimization, investment estimate and cost analysis of sewage treatment.The results of the study show that, West Ham New Airport North sewage treatment plant project construction is the need to implement national and local environmental policy, to meet the local planning, improve the surrounding environment, use, realize the sustainable development of social economy and environment to realize sewage resources, so it is very necessary, but also feasible; total scale of sewage treatment plant project 6×104m3/d, two construction proposal, the recent construction scale of 3×104m3/d; plant design influent quality as COD450mg/L, BOD5200mg/L, SS300mg/L, NH4+-N40mg/L, TN50mg/L, TP5.0mg/L sewage treatment; water quality can reach the designed “cities sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard”(GB18918-2002) in a A discharge standard of sewage treatment process using; “the coarse grid + water lift pump + fine grille + aerated grit chamber + MAO biological pool + two sedimentation tank + high density sedimentation tank(adding chemical phosphorus removal agent) and micro filtration equipment + UV disinfection canal" process; sludge treatment and disposal technology of using “conditioning gravity concentration + sludge(adding the sludge conditioner) + mechanical deep dehydration + Sinotrans concentrated disposal” process; deodorization process using “high-energy ion deodorization technology”; Sewage treatment plant construction investment estimation 73702800 yuan(the cost of the project is 61373000 yuan, other costs 6870400 yuan, reserve costs 5459500 yuan), a total investment of 2474.60 yuan / cubic meters per cubic meter water, unilateral water operating costs 1.267 yuan / cubic meter.
