Rare earth oxysulfides are important as Luminescence materials. Because of rare earth sulphur oxides in monochromaticity, luminous intensity, luminous stability and fluorescence lifetime show more excellent optical performance. Not only are such, its low biological toxicity and good chemical stability widely used in high resolution imaging and biomedical fields. Their monochromaticity, luminous intensity, luminous stability and fluorescence lifetime show more excellent optical performance. Nanoparticles morphology research of rare earth sulphur oxides nanometer luminescent material is more direction. But rare earth sulfur oxide nanofibers, nanobelts, nanometer hollow fiber rarely reported. Further study on the preparation of rare earth sulphur oxides one-dimensional nanostructured luminescent materials are very necessary.For the first time, La2O2S:RE3+(RE=Eu,Tb) nanofibers,hollow nanofibers and nanobelts were prepared by electrospinning combined with double-Crucible sulfide in this dissertation. By using rare earth nitrate as raw materials, N, N- dimethyl formamide(DMF) as solvent, polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) adjust the solution concentration, electrostatic spinning of precursor sol is prepared. Then electrospinning technique prepared PVP/[rare earth nitrates] composite nanofibers,composite hollow nanofibers and composite nanobelts. La2O3:RE3+(RE=Eu,Tb) were prepared by calcination of the electrospun PVP/[rare earth nitrate] composite nanofibers,composite hollow nanofibers and composite nanobelts,then La2O2S:RE3+(RE=Eu,Tb) nanofibers,hollow nanofibers and nanobelts were synthesized by sulfurization of as-prepared rare earth oxides materials at 800°C for 4 h using S powder as sulfur source.The samples were characterized by x-ray diffractometry(XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope(FESEM), fluorescence spectroscopy and other techniques. Though analyzing the results showed that La2O2S:RE3+(RE=Eu,Tb) nanofibers,hollow nanofibers and nanobelts belongs to the hexagonal instruction. Preparation of rare earth oxides, rare earth oxides Nano-Nano-fiber in hollow fiber and rare earth oxides Nano-process, appearance good, and when the concentration reaches a certain level in doped Eu3+, emergence of fluorescence quenching. Results of this experiment has some meaningful for further study on preparation of high-quality, multifunctional rare earth ions doped oxysulfide phosphors laid a certain foundation.
