| Graphene material has excellent optical and electrical properties,and has important research value such as in the field of optoelectronic devices. This paper spread out the research works focus on the difficulties between the graphene material for substrate transfer, and around the build of graphene/zinc oxide composites and the adjustment of optical properties. The main findings are as follows:1.Using the method of liquid phase transfer,transferred graphene prepared by Chemical Vapor Deposition method to the substrate such as silicon,ITO successfully,obtained a film thickness of 0.97 nm bilayer graphene.2.Using the method of direct hydrothermal,prepared graphene/zinc oxide composites and studied their optical properties. The results showed that the defect-free graphene/zinc oxide composites luminescence will increase,the structural of the composite materials will be destroyed if the annealing temperature reaches 500 oC.3. Using the technology of atomic layer deposition,prepared graphene/zinc oxide composite nano arrays and studied their optical properties.The results showed that the existence of the seed layer will remedy the defects of the graphene caused composite nano arrays luminescence will increase. |
