For the preparatory work during large mechine assembly is measurement requirements of large parts docking.This paragraph designs a double galvanometer pulse laser scanning system.Making use of a laser displacement sensor to obtain distance information,high speed scan to any trajectory of surface.For the complete collection of the measurement data,choose FPGA hardware design to solve information storage and transmission,through overall design of the double galvanometer scanning system,finished measurement and docking of every parts. Based on the verification of ladder and cylinder clearance measurement experiment, use MATLAB to model and integration analysis the measurement data,so we get the outline and bearing of the objects those wait for test.The system is effective to reduce the redundant information,increase sweep efficiency,increase the scanning accuracy,and it can access real-time information of testing object,complete the efficient measurement to the large parts outline,the system principle and structure can be applied to vehicle technology gap test,plane fuselage docking measurement,wind power tower drum section docking measurement etc.
