Selective Laser Melting(SLM)uses a high energy laser beam to selectively melt the powder material.The high-quality free forming of complex parts is achieved through layer-by-layer powdering,layer-by-layer melting and layer-by-layer solidification.It enjoys a bride future and possesses a great advantage in technical application.As the core component of SLM manufacturing equipment,the craft data processing is used to coordinate data processing between function modules such as processing path planning,processing parameter adjustment and laser scanning controling.It realize the convenient control of laser and scanning galvanometer as well as the high efficiency and high precision of data processing such as slicing calculation and path filling.It not only provides the necessary supporting conditions for the development of self-made SLM material manufacturing equipment,but also provides some flexible controllable parameter adjustment space for the new material SLM forming process.For this reason,this article has carried on the research on the craft data processing related to the autonomous laser constituency melting manufacture equipment.The main achievements are as follows:(1)The software architecture of SLM process,which integrates slice data processing and laser scanning control,is proposed to realize the seamless connection between model data,slice data and processing instruction.Based on the Visual C ++ software development tool,OpenGL graphics rendering engine,a environment for STL model to read,dispaly and interactive has been built,which provides a development platform for process data processing algorithms.(2)This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing methods in terms of efficiency and precision,and proposes a fast algorithm of ranking based on the co-indexed Hash mapping.By constructing the index value of the tangent line segment end point and the edge or vertex,the index of the adjacent tangent segment and the direct addressing of Hash function are constructed to achieve the linear ordering of the scattered line segments.(3)According to the requirement of laser and scanning galvanometer,a laser scanning system control unit based on RTC5 card is developed.The control flow of RTC5 and the influence of jump command and marking command on the scanning quality are analyzed,and the omnidirectional and multi-angle control of laser scanning system is realized.(4)The function integration and performance test of the process data processing software are realized on the laser selective melting test platform of the ceramic material.By comparing the calculation efficiency of the slicing,scanning precision,laser output quality and SLM forming test,the functional validity of the software has been testified.
