The corrugated paper has be used more than one hundred years, it is being used widely today, and it has a central place in the field of packaging container. The corrugated shape of corrugated paper is made in the system of single machine, the system is also the basic link of the production. The control effect of the link determines the corrugated shape being good or bad, at the same time, it influences the process of production line behind. The corrugated shape is made by the technology of hot pressing, then can know that there has two factors can produce important influence for the achieve of corrugated shape. The two factors are the temperature of base paper before get in the single machine and the surface temperature of dry cylinder for preheating the base paper.The controlled objects of this research are the temperature of base paper and the surface temperature of dry cylinder, there uses the optimized control algorithm to control them for guaranteeing good production conditions, then the production efficiency can be improved. Firstly the paper studies the production engineering of single machine in the production of corrugated paper, and finds the two mathematical model for the temperature of base paper and the surface temperature of dry cylinder. Do the simulation experiments by using the conventional PID control for them, along with testing the ability of anti-interference and robustness.Secondly by studying the principle of fuzzy immune control, there controls the two controlled objects by the method of fuzzy immune. Do the simulation experiments by using programming software, and testing the ability of anti-interference and robustness. In addition, on the basis of conventional fuzzy immune control algorithm, improves the algorithm.Next respectively makes the improved fuzzy immune control algorithm integrate with expert PID control algorithm and RBF neural PID control algorithm, then gets the fuzzy immune expert control algorithm and fuzzy immune RBF neural control algorithm. There controls the temperature of base paper by using the fuzzy immune expert control algorithm, and controls the surface temperature of dry cylinder by using the fuzzy immune RBF neural control algorithm. Do the simulation experiments by using programming software, and testing the ability of anti-interference and robustness. And respectively compares the two algorithm simulation results with conventional PID control and fuzzy immune control simulation results, validating the feasibility of the two control methods.
