Since the 1980s, the heat exchanger technology rapid development, bring the energyefficiency greatly raised. The development and application of the energy saving equipment,bring the attention of the world, which prompted the governments on the investment of thenuclear power industry, this biought great development space to the heat exchanger of thenuclear power. The tubesheet is the main parts of the heat exchanger, for technical reasons,the technology of the nuclear power tubesheet drilling have been restricted thedevelopment of the nuclear power industry. In this paper, on the base of the research of thenuclear power tubeshell special drill machine, design and calculation it’s maintransmission system. In order to slove the problem of the stainless steel deep ddrilling, usethe method of the vibratory drilling. The specific work are as fllows:(1)This paper first analysics the situation of the nuclear power tubeshell at home andabroad, point out the deficiency of the existing problems of research and development thisspecial numerical control drilling machine which used in nuclear power tubeshell,compared with the general of the deep hole drilling machine.(2)According the actual processing, make a overall design scheme to the maintransmission. According to the schem,design and calculation parts of the maintransmission system.(3)In order to slove the problem of chip breaking at the process of drilling the nuclearpower tubeshell, and study the reason of chip breaking that vibratory drilling brings,calculated the parameters of the vibratory drlling.Design a new type of vibration generatorbased on analysics the advantage and disadvantage of the existing.(4)Make a dynamic optimization design to the structure parameters of the structureparameters of the spindle and the optimal objective is the best of the vibration resistance,that use the modal gentle degree and energy distribute principle.(5)In order to ensure the process of the vibration drilling stable,analysis the dynamiccharacteristics of the spindle and the choice gun drill.
