Pre-splitting blasting is be used in frequently near slope blasting, its application is scope and widely.But so far the most common use of pre-splitting blasting charge is the small diameter of explosive roll banding on the bamboo, detonating cord is located in between, when loading by changing the cartridge interval distance lay presplit blasting design of desired line density.There are some problems,such as charging efficiency is low, drop charging process cartridge is serious and difficult to achieve coupling charging. Leads to serious damage of hole wall and presplit face can not form effectly.Affected the pre-splitting blasting technology popularization and application seriously.This article research the pre-splitting blasting charge structure technology as the object,Analyzes the function mechanism of the effect of pre-splitting blasting process and stress changes,with no coupling loading and the mechanism of the shaped charge as the foundation, Designed a charging method in the middle of medicine whit two-dimensional axisymmetric tube shaped groove,Combined with the theoretical research and numerical simulation verify its superiority.Test analysis compared the physical strength 、 use cost and efficiency of charging with the charging of traditional way and the charging of design.In this paper, using ANSYS/LS DYNA3 D finite element analysis software,etablish regular charge structure and the three-dimensional puckering numerical model of the structure of the charge,comparison of different structure stress change process. Establish 3 d double hole and four holes of grooving tube charging model of the different working conditions, analysis of blast hole diamete、 not coupling coefficient、 hole spacing inpre-splitting blasting effect,validation the superiority of the device in Pre-splitting blasting,then determine the optimal parameters.Through the above paper work, got some useful conclusion: the device in the charging efficiency, economic benefit and feasibility has certain advantages. When using grooving tube charge, no coupling coefficient K = 2、 3、 5,the attachment of adjacent hole can complete be well versed in, have obvious shaped effect.The model of diameter of 25 cm, Along the hole attachment can form a relatively complete presplit face.When hole spacing of 10 and 12 times the aperture, adjacent hole of unused grooving tube model. but after using grooving tube, penetration level has improved significantly, and hole spacing of 10 times the aperture when the effect is better.
