Aiming at the subsistent problems of life sciences and pretreatment technologies of trace components in complex samples, solid-phase extraction has become one of the most popular techniques in biological chemistry, food analysis, environmental monitoring, and clinical pharmacy. The miniaturized solid-phase extraction is the derivative of solid-phase extraction. It could effectively reduce operation and shorten analysis time with high extraction efficiency. In this paper, two new adsorbents were synthesized and used in pipette-tip solid phase extraction to rapidly separate and concentrate trace analytes in fruits and vegetables.Chapter one, this part summarized the research of miniaturized solid-phase extraction techniques and their adsorbents, and primarily focused on organic-inorganic hybrid materials and hydrophilic copolymer resin materials.Chapter two, this part synthesized an organic-inorganic hybrid material through sol-gel polymerization and developed a pipette-tip solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography method. The presented method was successfully used to separate and detect triazine herbicides in cucumber.Chapter three, a hydrophilic molecularly imprinted copolymer resin was synthesized using hydrophilic monomers and a hydrophilic template. It was applied to the pipette-tip solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography method, and the adsorbent showed good extraction ability to plant hormones in coconut juice. |
